The menu cover was well designed with a local touch in the graphics. There were no choices but the brunch was structured around 3 courses - an appetizer of smoked salmon with cream cheese and warm bagel, a Quiche Lorraine as main dish accompanied by fresh fruits and a lilikoi (passion fruit) cheesecake for dessert.
