First Course: Breakfast pastry, fresh fruit. Main Course: Scrambled eggs with cheese and chives; beef patty with biscuit and white gravy. Desser: Pinneapple cake. Prior to arrival: Trail mix and beverage Everything came out on one tray. Waitd a long time for breakfast to be served. High caloric meal!! Nice presentation, good quality but serving size seems small (see breakfast pastry). No seconds offered on breakfast pastry or tea. Prior to landing offered beverage (featured beverage was Koloa Breeze rum punch - similar to a mai tai) and Hawaiian potato chips and/or trail mix of almonds, cashews and sesame sticks. service was nice and at tentative but not polished. Overall pleasant experience (:30 min mechanical delay at SFO) and nice service.
