This roundtrip was definitely not Hong Kong Airlines' best effort. This vegetarian bean curd roll starter has never worked and the roll is too thick. It is very different from the original version. The salmon entree is simply disgusting. My sister had the Chinese chicken dish, which is better. The dessert is a choice of a jelly or fresh fruit. Both are okay. In general, HX needs to change its menu more frequently and needs to find a better way to prepare fishes.
