Since the flight did not receive any catering at Gold Coast, the purser told me that the food came in from Hong Kong, which was loaded more than twelve hours ago. So they could not serve anything other than non-perishable food, like this pictured muffin. I argue that they can either pass out coupons to business class passengers (no lounge access at OOL) or just cater a number of breakfast boxes or sandwiches from local cafe for business class passengers.
