Starter: hot bread and extra-virgin olive oil, chicken consomme, fresh salad with marinated king prawns, balsamic vinegar of Pedro Ximenez vinaigrette. Cheese plate with raisins.
Main course: beef tenderloin ragout in its own juices, sauteed potato with skin and onion with red wine
Dessert: orange with rum and apricot cake.
Pre-arrival breakfast: orange juice, seasonal fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissant, butter and jam, toasts and extra-virgin olive oil.
Drinks: red wine, cava, sweet wine, brandy, coffee and water.

The beef tenderloin was anything but tender - it was as tough as old boots. The continental breakfast was also a let-down. I would expect a hot breakfast. However, there was a great selection of red wines.
