Business Class
Dinner , Special meal: no
Iceland Air has really cutback severely on its Saga Business Class service, and this transatlantic dinner is simply bad in both quantity and quality. The fancy menu looks nice but substances are lacking. There are no longer mixed nuts or almonds to go with the first beverage service. There is no more linen service for the main dinner. The salad was too simple and really bland. There are only TWO choices of meals - salmon or butternut squash manicotti. Yes there is no more bread service. They used to offer croissants prior to arrival. That was no longer the case. Basically there was not enough food. Thankfully I ate before the flight. Iceland Air should feel shameful about this meal service. This is not even up to premium economy class standard.
Saint Clair Omaka Reserve Chardonnay, Marlborough, New Zealand
Just a poor excuse to call it a Premium class dinner
