After boarding I explained to one of the flight attendants that I'd be taking pictures of the meals and asked if I could take one of the crew meal. She said she'd have to ask her supervisor. She came back a few moments later and asked if I worked for a magazine or newspaper. I then explained to her what airlinemeals.net is all about, gave her the web-link info, etc. Later, after the cabin dinner-service had ended she brought to my seat her own dinner so I could photograph it. I did ask what it was, and she replied, "I don't know." Besides the roll, a wedge of cheese, and a sweet of some sort, it looked like a lamb stew with rice. It also smelled like a lamb dish ---- and frankly, smelled better than the lamb meal I'd had earlier. I'm certainly appreciative that she was so cooperative.
