Lunch , Special meal: FPML
I had the Thai Style lunch of Pomelo Salad, Chicken & Noodles with Soya Dressing and a Main of stir-fried seafood with chili sause and pandan rice. Travel companion had the Western meal with Ratatouille, Smoked Chicken, Smoked Salmon & Red Snapper, Carrot & Orange soup and a main of Fillet of Beef with Espagnole Sause. Desert was a lemon tart and opera cake. Snack of Ramen Noodles.

Champagne, Coke, and Plum Wine

Meal was very nice with three varied selections. Great service all around. The snack was cup of noodles which I thought was funny. But who can complain when there is a snack option on a 5 hour flight.
