Amuse bouche - Feta cheese, turkey ham and sundried tomato served with Kalamata olive dip with bread sticks.
Appetizer - Maine lobster with seasonal vegetables with roasted yellow pepper sauce.
Main dish - Grilled fillet of beef with red wine sauce.
Dessert - Pina Colada panna cotta.
Snack - Japanese set plate consisting of egg and fish cakes, simmered kelp, pickled plum, grilled sablefish, steamed rice and miso soup.
Udon noodles in soup with kelp.
JAL Skytime, orange juice and water.
Meals were pretty good but I wish that the dessert could be more elaborate with a choice of desserts or fruit/cheese plate. The cheese plate is available as an individual item in the "a la carte" snack service, but is not offered along with the dessert. Personally I love the flexibility of the second meal service ordering whatever you like from a list of items.
