Nicely done meal. Amuse bouche and starter were light and tasty. The Wagyu Sirloin was tender and cooked pink in the middle. Probably the best steak I've had on a plane. Rich chocolate mousse for dessert with chocolate beads that had spices inside and exploded with flavour when bitten into. Overall, a satisfying meal.
