Japan Air Lines is officially back in Seattle after 27 years and on this inaugural flight (flights for till end of May), there will be special dishes and dessert for the route. I chose the Western option and the Wagyu Sirloin entree was delicious. The LIghtly Salted Caramel Mousse was also good and only available on the NRT-SEA flights till end of May. I will put breakfast on a second thread
