Excellent catering ex-Seattle For lunch, I chose the Japanese meal and the main course has simmered beef with tofu and steamed sea bass with minced shrimp starch sauce. For snacks, I chose Mapo Eggplant Rice and Vegetarian Tonkotsu Ramen Soup.
