Evening refreshments: dhaal kachori (a gujarati speciality), chicken reshmi tikka (chicken tikka barbequed with cream and cheese and spices), mini pizza. Desert was gulab jamun (fried semolina balls in a sugar syrup).

Tea and packaged water

The kachori, chicken tikka, and the mini pizza's were delicious, so was the gulab jamun. Quantity was ok. I would have preferred a bread roll too. Service was stretched to its limits as this was full load and they were short staffed. Just two crew members serving a full load on this B737-900!
