JetBlue really offers high quality food on its Mint cabin. The meals always begin with dip and taro chips. Today tip was a red pepper and tomato dip. Once again too much dip and too little chips. For the main meal, I chose the Grilled avocado with English peas and salsa verde, rigatoni with housemade tomato sauce and burrata, and braised short rib with miso glaze, sushi rice and grilled pineapple. For dessert, ice cream was no loaded for whatever reasons but the fruit plate was available. Today was pineapple with sea salt and lime.
