JetBlue Mint has continued to see some cutbacks, after the decision to eliminate fresh fruits and boxes for cookies last month. Now this month, the amuse bouche was replaced by cold nuts. On my flight, macarona almonds were served and they tasted the same as those served in Costco. The main dishes were the same and I chose Yuzu Caesar Salad, Lemon Chicken, and Mozzarella Ravioli.
