Compared to other airlines which offer a redeye premium cabin from SFO/LAX to JFK, JetBlue Mint is pretty good. They have simplified the service but cutting the amuse bouche course and also serving everyone in one course. The food is actually good especially the soup and the lovely sandwich. I still think ice cream can be served in a different course and I personally prefer fruit salad. The pre-arrival continental breakfast has been improved and they are all now served in a paper bag. The F/A just left a bag next to those passengers, who were asleep. The Green Juice booster is delicious.

Better than average redeye premium service but some cutbacks
