Dinner - Onion salad. Chapatti. Entree of Chicken Dhansak (a mixture of 5 lentils with curry), Lacy vegetable kebabs (mixed vegetable dumplings flavoured with Indian spices), Brown rice with fried onions (caramalised rice with fried onions). Dessert was bread pudding.
