dinner - main - #43 is the appetiser of fried king prawns with saffron mayonnaise, corn salad, french beans and beansprouts garnished with capers. #44 is lamb medallion with olive sauce as main course. #45 is main course of salmon lasagne.

piper-heidsieck to begin. then la baume syrah rose 2004 and red chateau ferrande 2002

first time flying klm ever. also first time in 777. great combination. food was plentiful and delicious i had the lamb my friend says the salmon was really good. the head flight attendant introduced herself inquired about our trip. the take off in a 777 is incredible. it's like nothing at all. so smooth.
