Two rolls, one with carrot/raisins, one with roast beef and some green leaves. A Dutch "boterkoek" (buttercake) later on the flight, and a piece of candy (mini Mars bar etc) just prior to landing.

Coke

Pretty much for a relatively short flight! Carrot with raisins is a surprisingly fresh combination, you should give it a try :-)
