Appetizer Pastel tutup with orak-arik Indonesian pie served with marinated cabbage and carrot Hot Dish Semur daging and terong balado Indonesian beef stew offered with spicy eggplant in chili sauce and fried rice in yellow sauce Or Tempeh basah Fried tempeh in mildly-spicy sauce with coconut rice and marinated vegetables

Interesting Indonesian meal but the shrimp chips were not crispy enough! I prefer Western style!
