The appetizer consisted of a pearl pasta salad topped with tomato paste and goat's cheese crumbs. Then there was a shrimp and vegetable salad, with a chili lime and lemongrass dressing (see menu for more details). For dessert, a mango passion fruit mousse with raspberry coulis. Of course, warm bread was offered. Then, the famous Stroopkoekje cookies (after all, what would a KLM flight be without these?).

White wine, Sauvignon Blanc

My first time traveling in Business Class with KLM! A very nice meal with a delicious dressing, served by a friendly crew who provided good service. I asked for a second meal afterwards, which the male purser was more than happy to serve!
