Supper As a quick meal, we will be serving a cold tray. Appetizer Lobster tail and claw Served with a fennel and green apple salad Dessert Chocolate Mousse Passengers who prefer a more extensive meal can choose from the following options: Beef tenderloin with cracked black pepper Accompanied by Mediterranean confit and mashed potatoes with leeks Or Grilled Breast of Chicken With jus, Yukon Potatoes and leeks Your choice of freshly brewed coffee or tea served with luxury chocolates For your comfort Bottles of mineral water will be distributed after your meal Breakfast For breakfast we are pleased to offer you a fresh fruit salad, assorted hot rolls and your choice of the following hot breakfast dishes: Feta cheese, roasted red peppers and leek quiche Or Banana chocolate chip muffin

Supper was served as an one tray meal to allow more resting period and I chose chicken, which was fine. Breakfast was continental style with a hot item - I chose the warmed banana chocolate chip muffin.
