Whereas numerous European airlines have introduced a Buy-on-Board service, KLM have decided not to follow that trend - brilliant! The sandwich was tasty and fresh, and it was not a problem getting seconds. The crew were quite proactive as well; for instance, by asking passengers whether they wanted a second drink. Very nice!
