"Considering the air-time between Muscat and Dubai is less than 40 minutes, managing a hot snack with full beverage service is quite a feat. Within 10 minutes of take-off everyone on the 767 had been served and the garbage was collected 10 minutes before landing! As for the food itself, the kebabs were quite tasty and the pastries were first-rate -- as they usually are in this part of the world. The pasta was okay, but I'm no fan of such things after midnight."
