Very nice presentation and a tasty, traditional Korean favorite. Portion on the smaller side and the wine service is awkward (they walk around with a basket that holds 4 bottles across making it a large aisle obstruction and somewhat difficult for the attendants to hold the basket while also trying to pour a glass.

Tasty. I had their riff on Bibimbap with minced beef, seasonal vegetables, sesame oil and korean hot pepper paste.

Other: While the meal is tasty, I've had it before as it is always on the menu. I personally think it gets a little boring to have the same menu item on the menu every single time. Also, Korean Air does not seem to put as much thought or effort into their food/beverage program as some of the other large international airlines. Their selections of wines, available spirits, simple fruit for dessert, etc. suggests to me that they don't really compete with others that have consulting sommeliers, expansive craft spirits, and dessert trolleys with cheese courses. The food is tasty but if given the choice, I would fly with another airline that puts a little more effort into their food/beverage program.
