"I fly this sector 4 times a year and the menu does not change!! All in all a decent meal given the company is serving 35 other passengers at 35,000 ft. I was full following the meal and was able to lean back and sleep until we were awaken an hour and a half from SFO for Breakfast. I could not bring my self to eat the hot breakfast ( too uncomfortble from the 10 hr flight) and settled on the fresh fruit, yogurt and croissant w/jam."
