Concord Room continues to be an overrated lounge for first class passenger. The lounge was crowded and service was slow. It is nice to have individual service but if you don't hire enough people, then you need the self-service station. The food menu has shown some improvement but choices continue to be small though. I am convinced that Alex Cruz truly ruins BA's premium brand.
