Dinner Contents: hard roll, salad, unidentifiable main course save for the carrot (Menu Card)

As bad as this unidentifiable white glop looked, it smelled much worse. In documenting this meal, I had to prepare my camera composition perfectly, snatch the cover off of the main course, snap and re-cover, to avoid unnecessary exposure to the fumes. This had to be accomplished in a single take. I could only wonder: what did they serve in economy class?
