Business Class

Breakfast , Special meal: no
Brunch was served less than 10 minutes after take-off. It consisted of: chicken or turkey sprinkled with parsley. It came with diced melons, a piece of zucchini and some green sauce. Dessert consisted of some kind of cream with berry (?) sauce. A bread roll was offered (funnily enough, the bread basket only contained that single roll). Also on the tray was a Leibniz chocolate bar.

Sparkling wine, water, tea

Not bad at all; I especially liked the dessert. Also, appropriate quantity for a 1h long flight. The sparkling wine was very nice.

Other: There were only 18 pax on this flight, so the crew were extra attentive with the service. Also, I was the only passenger in Business Class and had 8 rows to myself! It felt like being on a private jet.
