I quote the menu: “Poultry liver filled with apple jelly and enrobed in trumpet mushrooms, cranberry coffee chutney; sorrel tartlet on yellow turnip compote; crayfish stew with fennel seed; curd pancake filled with mascarpone on apricot ragout”

The menu sounds like in a gourmet restaurant but the taste was a bit special – not only in my opinion: Many passengers in Business Class didn’t eat poultry liver and the cranberry coffee chutney. In the main course the fennel seeds had a very strong taste. I don’t understand why Lufthansa offers only such a small tray on AGP-FRA-flights. On the way from Germany to the Spanish capital Madrid they serve bigger meals although the flights are shorter.
