I had a ticket that left austin, tx at 4pm to 9am to frankfurt which served dinner and breakfast. Dinner (served at 6pm - 2 hour in flight): -Chicken Marsla (right temp!) [one of two choices but forgot what the flight attendant said to me] -Fresh Salad with separate dressing (cold - right temp) -Bread (soft but not too soft) -Buttery cracker from pepperridge farms -Butter (unsalted) -SILVER CUTTERY (like in the german EPAs or MREs) -Delicious Cholclate glazed brownie -Choice of beverages including wine and sparking white wine Breakfast (8am): (one choice other than special meal) -Scrambled eggs with tomato and roasted potatoes (right temp!) -Strawberry jam -Unsalted butter -Bread -Assorted Fruit in a cup -Plastic cuttery (very sturdy) -Breakfast drinks with Coffee/Tea

All including juice, sparking water, red wine, white wine, sparking wine

Best airline meal I had in ages. Food safety +++
