This seems to reflect Lufthansa's new food policy for short haul European flights. A choice of ham or cheese sandwich return-catered from Frankfurt. Although it looked yummy, the cheese sandwich was totally tasteless and very fat. Just ate it as it was going to be my dinner. If you're a foodie, well then Lufthansa is no longer the airline of choice, at least on short sectors economy class. The crew was great and made multiple beverage offerings.
