Lunch
I quote the menu: “mousse and filet of smoked eel with balsamico cherry tomato; ‘roasted carrot’ with breast of guinea fowl confit; gelled vegetable soup on spicy tomato chutney; elderflower soup with pink grapefruit and elderflowers”

Diet coke

I couldn’t find the cherry tomato and the gelled vegetable soup on the tray… Instead of that we had a pasta plate with cheese sauce. It tasted good. Lufthansa offers great business class meals on European flights – the cooks always have interesting ideas. But generally I prefer airline meals with less artful and artistic plates where you can’t see the original ingredients anymore.
