Pre-landing Snack - Turkey topped with pineapple slice, with vegetable rice & gravy. Chocolate pudding & bread roll.

The second meal service on this long flight. The meal was overheated. In the pictures above, the black/brownish stains on the side of the dish as a result of overheating are clearly visible. As a result the gravy was very dry. The turkey was dry too. I was famished at this point of time on a long flight and tried my level best to attack this meal without much success. During this meal service, the crew did come around with coffee once but there was no tea served, despite couple of requests by me & a fellow passenger across the aisle. This flight had the crew from hell. For the first meal served on this flight, my meal order was botched and instead of trying to resolve the situation the crew including the flight purser tried to pretend it was not their fault & were very confrontational. In the end, after approx 25 minutes after the meal service was completed they did "find" some kindda meal i could consume, but by then i had lost my appetite. Bottomline very poor & unacceptable service provided on this flight.
