I just have to give Lufthansa credits for attempting to serve a meal in a 27 minutes flight. The cold plate trio is delicious - crayfish with pineapple salsa, rolled veal with poached egg in green sauce, and grilled vegetable brochette in yogurt sauce, and Mousse with berries compote
