Appertzer: Assorted cold cuts of meats and salami with potato salad and gherkin. Main meal: Boiled prime beef cuts with horseradish cream, new potatoes and cabbage.

White wine:Rueda Verdejo 2011, Austum, Spain": very crispy and dry wine. Typical Spanish white wine. Red wine: French medoc Chateau St. Christoly 2008, Cru Bourgeois: very nice with a firm tannin

The starter was dry and hard to chew and most of the meat was taste less with little spices and variation in taste. The main course was , however, very well prepared with tender meat cuts and very good flavor.
