I quote the menu: “A giant prawn candied in coconut oil on spicy-hot mango-chili salad, creole chicken on sweet potato puree and creole dip, papaya sweet potato salad with a tuna-sesame praliné. Rounding out the menu is a chocolate-coconut-chili panna cotta with passion fruit, plantain chips and a Bounty.”

This was the most creative short-haul meal I ever had! What a nice idea to present little Caribbean specialities on a small paper boat. The meal had a really good taste – something you don’t get every day!
