The catering service decided to create one dish for both special meals, so although I only needed it to be LacFree, it was also Vegan. No problem for me, since it was a delicious Semolina Gnochi with roasted pumpkin. If it where some soy weirdness I would have had a problem. But the meal was delicious. My fruit was envied by all those around me. The only thing I didn't get for a while was Why there was a water bottle on the tray. But it was another awesome touch from the catering service. The water has adition of calcium and magnesium to balance restrictive diets. I found it great. =)
