Breakfast - The choices were omelette or quiche according to the FA's. This was "quiche," although it was actually a poached egg w/hollandaise sauce, potato casserole, and vegetables. It was more like a Spanish Tortill (Menu Card)

Diet Coke and tea

We flew roundtrip from IAD to IST via FRA and this was the only interesting meal.
