Meal started with macadamia nuts, amuse bouche, caviar with accompaniments, smoked tuna with crabmeat and beetroot with comte cheese appetizers, mixed greens with potato dressing, roasted goose with potatoes and red cabbage, cheese with fruits and delicacy of chocolate with plum jelly and Tonka bean ice cream. As a final touch chocolate truffles in exotic flavors (prickly pear, mango, etc.) were served.

Water, Riesling, Chateau Belgrave and Tokai wines

A wonderful feast. Everything tasted great and the roast goose was particularly delicious and tenderly cooked.
