To start - Macadamia nuts with water. Amuse bouche - Pear with blue cheese in puff pastry. Caviar with side dishes. Appetizers - Smoked Tuna filled with Crabmeat and Dialogue of Beetroot and Comte Cheese with Thyme. Salad with Potato Dressing. Main dish - Roast Goose with Red Cabbage, Potato Dumplings and Herb Crumb Butter. Cheese - Comte, Crottin de Chavignol, Roquefort, Le Coutances and Brie Cheese garnished with Grapes, Walnuts and Celery. Dessert - Delicacy of Chocolate with Plum Jelly and Tonka Bean Ice Cream. Chocolates.

Water, Riesling and Tokaija dessert wine.

Superb meal with great presentation and taste. I was the only passenger in F and flight attendants still set up the meals and offered them from a cart. Outstanding crew.
