Dinner Hors d'oeuvres: Sushi, Fish Cake Entrée: Eel Kabayaki served with Sugar Snap Peas, Shitake Mushrooms, steamed Rice with Egg Julienne and japanese Pickles Accompaniments: Bread, Cheese, Crackers, Vegetables, Soup Dessert: (Lots and lots of) fresh fruit

a very nice choice of french and italian wines

Service (german-japanese stewardess) was very smooth and very good. The china was a little bit too cold. And I think Eeel kabayaki is sthg. that is impossible to be well prepared in an airline steamer. Next time: Why not offering All-you-can-eat-just-sushi?;-))
