Fennel and Orange Confit Tuna with mixed Greens; Braised Lamb Cazuela with Almond Pesto, Lamb Sausage and Apricots; Key Lime Tart

Champagne (Duval-Leroy Brut) and Wine (2007 Ribera del Duero, Spain)

Fairly standard J class meal, albeit quite tasty, especially the lamb. The tuna was very fresh and nicely done. Service was good, although the use of pre-trayed items diminishes the business class atmosphere a bit.
