Ginger shrimp confit with Kenya bean jelly and tomato marmalade. Air-dried Manzo prk loin with couscous salad and olive tapenade. Fruit Salad.

White Wine, Tea and Mineral Water.

A light but enjoyable meal for a short flight. A mini taste sensation with the prawn seemingly fresh and the wine properly chilled. I just wished there had been another prawn on the plate to complete the meal.
