Light lunch prior to arrival Seasonel greens and yellow bell peppers, salmon au gratin accented by fruit and herbs, dressing, roll, butter, plum tartlet with honey apricot sauce.

Sparkling water.

Salad and bell peppers where bland. A second portion of dressing would have made some improvement. The salmon was a little bit dry, but the gratin gave it a nice touch. The dessert was not to sweet and really good.
