Lufthansa serves on flights departing from Germany menues created by renowned star chefs in business class. In April the menues where created by Guy Savoy from Paris. The starter was absolutly delicious and the salad made a good combination with the dressing. The entree would also have been very good if the meat has not been over-done. The highlight of the meal was the dessert: The fresh flavour of the grapefruit together with the tea was really great. The flight was only 2/3 full in business class, so the crew had more time to pamper the passengers and chat with them. They made a very good job.
