Frank Zlomke executive chef of Bosman's Restaurant at the five star Grand Roche Hotel in Paarl, South Africa is the responsible for the menu. My samosa was a little burned from the oven but again a very welcome change from the regular fish fillet. The South African/Indian influwence of the menu was well represented, more than usual for me. It tasted better than what it looks
