Frank Zlomke executive chef of Bosman's Restaurant at the five star Grand Roche Hotel in Paarl, South Africa is the responsible for the menu. I am wondering if the manu for this flight 412 is slightly different from mainline LH...the menu is especially marked with LH 412 signs..anyway: tasty and flavorful, a nice change in appetizers and a hint of Indian food seen through South African sensibility. I loved the cilantro creme fraiche! - As always food, meal, catering level on LH C class is very very high.
