Pre-dept. beverage offered. Ramekin of almonds to start the meal service. Appetizer - Smoked salmon with gin fennel salad drizzled with elderberry yogurt and pumpkin seeds. Salad - Lamb's lettuce with walnuts and pumpkin seed oil dressing. Main dish - Traditional roast goose with red cabbage and potato dumplings (available during the winter holiday and one of my favorite dishes on LH). Dessert - Cheese plate and Stollen mousse with plum compote. Chocolates to finish the meal.

Passionfruit juice, water, 2017 Rheingau Riesling Reserve - Kloster Eberbach, Germany and hot tea.
