Dinner: Salmon with wild rice and vegetables, mixed vegetable salad, fresh fruit Breakfast: eggs with fish cakes and spinach, fresh fruit, jam

orange juice, wine, water

not particularly impressed with this special seafood meal, however salmon was tasty and fish cakes were pretty good
